Information you provide
Account information includes your name, email and authentication details. Workspace records include memberships, uploaded files, support conversations, domain configuration and subscription information. Enter only information you are authorised to provide.
Why information is used
Emnaro uses account and workspace information to provide access, manage memberships and entitlements, process authorised payments, provide support and protect the service from abuse. Payment details are handled through the payment provider’s secure checkout.
Workspace access
Personal, household and organisation workspaces have separate memberships. A business administrator does not automatically receive access to a person’s separate personal workspace. Be deliberate about the information you share with your organisation.
Cookies and service providers
Essential cookies maintain sign-in sessions, security controls and preferences. Eligible free workspaces can offer optional Google advertising on the overview and app catalogue only after an advertising choice is enabled. That choice is stored in a host-only cookie for up to 180 days and can be withdrawn. Paid workspaces are ad-free. Hosting, email, storage and payment services process the information necessary for their functions. A confirmed subprocessor list and data-location policy will accompany the commercial launch.
Retention and deletion
Production records follow the applicable account, billing and retention requirements. Demo access expires at the displayed time; automated cleanup removes disposable demo data. Limited security logs and provider records can have separate retention periods.
Your requests
Use the customer support portal to request account assistance, access, correction or deletion. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens or full payment details in a support request.
