Operating entity details, legal contact information and the final commercial terms are being finalised. This page describes the current foundation and is not a substitute for the final agreement presented before paid service activation.
Accounts and authorised use
Create an account using an email address you control. Keep credentials private and use the service only for lawful activities and information you are authorised to process. Workspace owners are responsible for the memberships they grant.
Packages and limits
A package specifies enabled apps, total users and storage. The workspace owner counts as a user, and pending staff invitations reserve capacity. The service may reject actions that exceed an allowance. Final prices and payment terms are shown before purchase.
Available functionality
The initial release provides the platform foundation. Business apps are introduced separately and are available only when explicitly released for the relevant package and supported scope. Do not rely on a roadmap item as an available service.
Demo evaluation
Demo workspaces are temporary and use sandbox integrations. Access ends at the displayed expiry, followed by automatic data cleanup. Do not store sensitive information or records you need to retain. A demo does not create a paid subscription.
Domains and external services
You must control a domain before connecting it. DNS records, domain ownership and certificate checks must remain valid. External payment and email services are subject to their own availability and conditions.
Support and tailored work
Support conversations are retained in your workspace portal. Tailored development requires a written quote defining scope, price and acceptance. Availability and response commitments must be explicitly agreed.
Commercial activation
Paid checkout remains unavailable until commercial configuration and final terms are approved. Review the final agreement, cancellation arrangements and operating-entity details before purchasing.
